Web 1.0 sites are authoritative versus and does want any interference Web 1.0 sites is know as-"this is the way it is". while Web 2.0 sites encourages participation from outsiders. Web 1.0 sites rarely changes, but Web 2.0 sites changes it's dynamics very often. Web 1.0 sites are usually closed to outsides so there is no outside users. In the other hand the site does have a site where users can post blogs and send in videos known as IReport.com. Unlike the CNN news report website the IReport website is a Web 2.0 site. Other sites such as as Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter are also Web 2.0 sites because users are allowed to post statuses, send in videos, and post their own blogs. Theses sites are also collaborative in which it is democratic so everyone has a place on these sites and can get involved unlike Web 1.0 sites.
